The surface is made from engineered wood with pressure treated structure on top of 4 foot concrete footings. Only maintenance needed is the occasional pressure washing to keep it clean.
Retaining Wall:
Made with concrete blocks, this wall will likely out last the house. No maintenance required at all.
Flooring:
The porcelain tile that adorns the majority of the first floor is not only attractive, but extremely durable. They'll withstand pets and kids with ease. The wood flooring in the dining room is tiger wood which is not only very attractive, but also extremely hard so it's durability rivals the tile.
Property:
The nearly 1 acre lot is both private and easy to maintain. Most of the lot is tree-covered and the lawn is the perfect size to maximize your time with the kids. You can play catch in the side yard or kick a ball in the back but you won't have to spend half your weekend mowing and trimming.
